INNOVATION:
The Urbana Community contains commercial businesses to stimulate the economy around the Downtown Sacramento area and create a fun and pedestrian-oriented neighborhood where residents from The Urbana Community and citizens of the Sacramento area can both enjoy at a walking distance. One of the commercial spaces that the community contains is the Organic Cafe. This cafe provides organic food and smoothies to encourage healthier choices. The design of the space was intended to be a fun and walkable space where you can pick up your food and go, or sit and enjoy the interior design or the fresh air by the exterior patio in the back.
